Just getting started!  A counterpart to my Congressional maps.

Gender

grey -  Never had female governor
light blue - Has previously had 1 female governor, but not currently.
medium blue - Has previously had 2 female governors, but not currently.
pink - Currently has its first female governor ever.
medium red- Currently has a female governor and has previously had 1 other female governor.
dark red - Currently has a female governor and has previously had 2 other female governors.

Age

grey       born 1934 or before
red 30    born 1935-1939
red 40    born 1940-1944
red 50    born 1945-1949
red 60    born 1950-1954
red 70    born 1955-1959
red 80    born 1960-1964
red 90    born 1965 or later
