New Poll: Ohio Governor by Mason-Dixon on 2006-04-26

Summary: D: 47%, R: 37%, U: 20%

Poll Source URL:Full Poll Details

There's nothing better than a nice incomplete newspaper write-up, but it is Mason-Dixon, so I can't complain.

This sounds correct for this point in the race.  Last Rasmussen poll just felt a little out of line.

The race will officially begin once we see polls after the primary passes.  I would normally expect Blackwell to get a few percentage points gain because his primary is more contested than Strickland's, putting a Strickland lead at about 5-7 points.

If it's less than that after the primary, Blackwell will find it much harder to try and come back and win the race in the end.  Still Lean Dem. overall.

This seems accurate.
