I thought Sri Lanka did. Interesting, I don't see why they would, no suicide bombers
I'm not even sure suicide bombings are counted in suicide statistics. Even if they were, I don't think they'd significantly contribute in most cases.
As to the reason, seems that
they have a drinking problem, among other things. Vodka was used by the Soviets to keep the population placated when there were problems, and it seems the habit hasn't died even with the regime gone.
