Given that the two items are closely related, it seems to me that MasterJedi could introduce both just as one single amendment.

I introduce this amendment.


Insert between clauses 2 and 3 of Section 1:
The Attorney General shall maintain a list of Supreme Court decisions and opinions, provided by the Chief Justice of the Court, on the Atlas Fantasy Wiki.
