They seem to agree with me that the Guest worker program is a bad idea, and exists to get semi-slave labor to artifically drive down wages.

There was a Senate amendment to not have guest workers. It was tabled 69-28, with 21 Democrats and 7 Republicans voting NAY (that means they're opposed to guest workers).

Yeah, it does seem to have a fair amount higher fraction of the good Senators than the bad Senators, but it still has some really bad Senators like Coburn while missing some good Senators like Kennedy, Lautenburg, and Feingold.
