I am announcing that I will be forming an exploratory committee to run for Senator of the Pacific.

I am withdrawing from the race for Pacific Senate. And, I'll give my opponent my endorsement as he has been a fine senator, even though we've disagreed.

Uh, folks. Not to dampen all the enthusiasm here BUT:

The Supreme Court has not ruled on RowanBrandon's appeal;

As his sentence is stayed pending outcome of the appeal, he currently remains a senator;

There currently is no vacant Senate seat nor will there be if the Supreme Court rules in RB's favor.

Simply put I think we ALL need to hold our horses and these campaigns put on hold until when and if there actually is a vacancy.

Methinks the SOIA goofed mightily in announcing a special election to fill a vacancy that currently doesn't exist, and may not come to be at all.

I believe you mean the SoFA, that does not fall under my area of jurisdiction.
