Grade inflation is a big problem here in Sweden as well. There are a ton of kids in my school who got straight As in their old schools who have trouble even passing their classes now.

That's way better than Bush got. You can still become President. Of course, it really helps if your daddy was a President, your granddaddy a Senator who choose a winning Presidential ticket, and your great-granddaddy a Presidential advisor. If not, you might be in trouble.

Quit whining, haha. I moved to Austin at the end of the year and no more than  1 week into it I was taking my finals. I probably failed everything and will have to go to summer school.

And you're complaining about having an above-average GPA. I wish I had the luxury. Haha.

At my high school it's still a 4.0 for the highest. And most schools around here who go higher are very crappy.
