The Cold Warrior.

67% Utilitarian, 73% Nationalist, 78% Liberal, 0% Statist and 70% Individualist!

You subscribe to the view that there should be a small government at home to protect individual rights, and a powerful national presence abroad to protect the rights of others.  You believe in the values of capitalism and democracy, and believe they should be exported to every country.  You are similar to Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, or John McCain.

The Latte-sipping Liberal
58% Utilitarian, 27% Nationalist, 86% Liberal and 55% Individualist!

The Latte-sipping Liberal

You live in or near an urban area, don't you?  You probably think of the people who love God and country as rank idiots.  In fact, you aren't really much of a nationalist at all; but you transfer your nationalism into a firm conviction that your convictions are of perfect objectivity and describe exactly the real world, and anyone who doesn't believe them must either be lying or simply not as smart as you are.  You support democracy and a social safety net (but probably not large-scale wealth redistribution, as that would likely affect yourself).  You are similar to Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, and George McGovern

Terrible test, IMO. I answered "yes" to "We live in the greatest nation in the world" for example, but that doesn't mean I'm a neocon or a nationalist (I think that's what that assumed). I also felt like there were many poorly worded and written questions.

The Bourgeois Revolutionary.

31% Utilitarian, 19% Nationalist, 76% Liberal and 82% Individualist!

You probably call yourself a libertarian or a classical liberal, or something along those lines.  You believe strongly in limited and constitutional government, individual rights, capitalism, and a peaceful foreign policy.  You would likely have been among the instigators of the American and French revolutions.  You are similar to John Locke, Grover Cleveland, and possibly Ayn Rand if you are extreme enough.

The Liberal Internationalist.
31% Utilitarian, 62% Nationalist, 57% Liberal and 61% Individualist!

The Liberal Internationalist.

You support the values of the "liberal consensus," as it existed in post-war America; a market economy nevertheless tempered by a strong social safety net, support for democratic forms of government, and an assertive foreign policy.  You are similar to the US presidents between Roosevelt and Reagan, Barack Obama, and Nelson Rockefeller.

Haha, Really?

Foreign Policy:

Our top match for Foreign Policy Philosophy is:
Neoconservative
Emphasis on civilizations, democracy, strength; states act through civilizational and cultural means for their own advancement. We must spread democratic institutions and markets to other countries, but also include a very strong military establishment, democracy is a tool of diplomacy and war, ultimately democracies will side with us and we must side with them, although some of our allies may be non-democratic. Bush-43, Kristol, Wolfowitz. 100%

Neoliberal
Emphasis on cooperation, consensus, free trade; cooperative, democratic states are more advantageous than rogue autocracies. To secure our own borders, we should make sure other countries are democratic, free-trading, and participate in international organizations: a much more pragmatic version of Liberal. Clinton, Fukuyama, Marshall. (73%)

... and others.

I tried editing the url so I wouldn't only go to the page with your result and

I was redirected to an okcupid site Tongue

So if anyone would mind giving me the url, since the only other ones I can find are about the french revolution and communism/capitalism, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Happy Warrior.
75% Utilitarian, 70% Nationalist, 75% Liberal and 30% Individualist!

The Happy Warrior.

You are likely a critic of capitalism and of the status quo in your country from the left, while maintaining a belief in democracy and the rule of law.  What distinguishes you from others of your beliefs is your strong sense of patriotism and desire for an assertive foreign policy.  You are similar to Hubert Humphrey, Gordon Brown, or Georges Clemenceau.

Your result for The Politics Test ...
Statist
You scored 31% Personal Liberty and 25% Economic Liberty!
A statist believes in moderate to high government intervention in both personal and economic matters. They generally believe in a centralized state with a social safety net and laws restricting personal liberty. They tend to support war and foreign intervention. Extreme statists border on being totalitarians, while others lean towards being centrists.

The Pitchfork Populist.

61% Utilitarian, 3% Nationalist, 27% Liberal and 70% Individualist!

The Pitchfork Populist.
You hate liberalism.  You hate Big Government.  You think people, by and large, should Mind Their Own Business and stop telling other people what to do.  You don't think anyone in power cares about the little people, and you are angry.  At everything, pretty much.  You probably identify as (paleo)conservative or libertarian. You are similar to Pat Buchanan, Ron Paul, H.L. Mencken and possibly Murray Rothbard if you are extreme enough.
