Has some decent parts. With that said, the rural parts are still bad.

Incredible state. If I had to pick one place to live (and I had the opportunity to do so), it would be Amherst, MA.

It's fine. NJ isn't to everyone's tastes Tongue

As for Montana, never been, but I'm not sure how I feel about it from what I've heard. The cold is a plus though

The best state in the Acela Corridor, obviously. Purple heart I still miss NJ sometimes.

I've never been there, but I have a very positive impression of VA.

If California wasn't the entertainment capital of the world, I would've voted no.

Yes. It's my favorite of the states that usually vote Democratic in presidential elections.

I mean, I don't hate it as much as most people do. I would pick it over just about any place north of NYC.

Yes, it does not deserve all the hate that it gets.

I'm very fond of New York, especially upstate in spite of all its problems. Both of my best friends live near Albany and I really enjoy visiting them. The green, rolling, James Fenimore Coopery part of the state between Albany and Binghamton is also great.

Poland doesn't have the greatest politics currently, but in general it's a freedom country with a freedom (albeit sad) history and freedom culture.

My favorite Plains state. Black Hills, great populist tradition, and the most remote metropolitan area in the Lower Forty-Eight, which is kind of neat.
