Best Former Yugoslav Republic, hands down. Most Westernized part also.

Clearly, you aren't a Slav. Ignore the j and make the i nearly imperseptible (you can ignore it as well), and, beign French, you'll get it nearly right. A very pretty name (its route derives from "love").

As I have read before...the one Former Yugoslav Republic to get out of Milosevic's Yugoslavia with only a week of war, and thus resented because of it. Smiley

Well mostly because Milosevic had no interest in keeping them anyway, as they had no significant Serb population.

Well mostly because Milosevic had no interest in keeping them anyway, as they had no significant Serb population.

Oh, Milosevic probably would have liked to keep them - richest part of ex-Yugoslavia, after all - but he couldn't figure out an excuse for it. Smiley
