It seems these richer, conservative and opposition regions want to distance themselves from the nationalisation of the natural resources proposed by Evo Morales.

Yep, good old Stratfor warned about this...if Morales pushes too hard you might just see a civil war and/or secession. I think ag posted about this at some point...
