Discuss.

So far, I've been rather pleasantly surprised with how reliably Roberts and Alito have been voting with Scalia and Thomas, though they clashed on the issue of precedent in the Randall v. Sorrell case.

For me, the biggest disappointment was the Rapanos case, insofar as Kennedy deprived Scalia of a majority. The most interesting court split was in Clark v. Arizona.

Also, food for thought: is Kennedy moving left?
