France, because I don't think French domestic policies would change that much under a PCF government. They'd still have outrageous taxes, a huge bureaucracy, and a large working class that would get screwed over by the elitist intellectual snobs that already practically run the country.

They're not Communist anymore (though they are the party I would vote for in Italy). He's talking about the Party of Italian Communists and Italian Communist Refoundation Party.
