I think I've found it.  Louisana's 4th district in the 90s.  Here's a map:

Racial Gerrymandering at it's very finest... it was struck down by a court though...

Well you could just put it up on ImageShack or something like that.

That would likely violate the terms of service of this site, however, unless Dave Leip gives permission to do it. I'd ask him first.

Plus fingers from the Arkansas-border portion that drop down itno Shreveport, Grambling, and Monroe; a finger that reaches up to Alexandria along the Red River, and another finger that reached across to Lafayette.
