Regarding District 1

Dear Mr Vice-President, Mr President Pro Tempore,

It has recently come to my attention that the President of the Republic has fired the District One Senator, EarlAW. There is some question regarding the legitimacy of this action and therefore I am compelled to solicit your opinions as to whether there exists a vacancy in the District One Senate seat. If it is your determination that there is, I will proceed with a special election to the seat.

I don't believe Ebowed has a right to fire Earl from the position of Senator but I believe he has the right to fire Earl and Jcar from the position of GM which he should do immediatly.

I have not been fired, Peter. There is no justification for it.

I obviously have my own opinions on whether or not the action is/was constitutionally justified, however, I am not here to act as a fact finder, I simply facilitate the administering of elections. Where there is some doubt over the facts, I look to others for findings of fact - in this case I followed precedent that directs me towards the VP and PPT.
