Knew this was what it was going to be like. Now put Tommy Thompson in the polls and every one shows Kohl losing by about 2-3%. Too bad he won't run.

If Thompson were going to run in any year he should have run in 2004.  That was a golden moment for the GOP.  If he could have taken down Feingold - which he obviously could have done he could carried Bush in on his coattails.  I guess Thompson could also have run in 1998 as well.
