I'll be voting against this bill, as a protest against the South African government, specifically its President's, view on HIV/AIDS.

South Africa has a highly advanced economy and it's government is addressing the needs of its citizens. Furthermore, it has, for Africa, a pretty good human rights record and political violence, once the norm, is now the exception

Therefore, given that South Africa has made good steady socio-economic and political progress in its transition towards democracy following the fall of that abomination known as apartheid, I vote Aye on this Bill

This bill has enough votes to pass. Senators now have 24 hours to change their votes.
