All members of the Northeast who were reigstered prior to the last election can vote. The voting ends on Sunday at 12:30pm. The ballot reads:

Siege40 (UL-ME)
.Andrew (UAC-NY)
None of the Above

Ok, it is now 12:30 and the voting is officially ended.

We have another tie, with two NOTA votes.  I honestly don't know what the procedure is for this situation.  The only option I can think of is flipping a coin, or some other method of random chance.
