Our Bulls will face the Blackburn Rovers Wink Should be interesting ...because they were 6th in the English Premiere League last season and Salzburg is currently the leader in Austria this season. Against Valencia Salzburg really had no chance. The Mestalla Stadium was frightening ! I hope we do better against the Rovers Smiley

Not an easy game two man down. Btw FCK is my team (I live next door to their stadion). Not BIF, a suburb club.
On the other hand - last time Wink 1-4, 5-0 - it ain't over yet Grin

And I completely forgot: Hertha Berlin - OB 2-2. Fenerbache - Randers FC 2-1

Besides Brøndby, very impressive results

It was 5-0, 1-4 actually... we tried to overturn it but failed. Grin (And we were both wrong on the year. It was 1990.)

Of course we wouldn't have won 4-0 without those two red cards, that's obvious. Although we were the stronger side even before.
We were chanting something about "only one more to go" towards the very end of the game...

Congrats to Odense, good result there.

Derry City held Paris St Germain last night 0-0. If they can somehow get past PSG in the return leg at the Parc des Princes they'll be the first Irish side to reach the group stage of a European competition. (Though judging by the game last night it's quite unlikely.)

Ouch. That's a pretty tough group we got there.
Palermo, Celta Vigo, Newcastle United, and Fenerbahce. :/ (Home games against Palermo and Newkie).

Hey Al, you have an additional reason to support Eintracht now! Cheesy

Love that thread title.  I'll assume that's a Football reference.

Being a yank, I think of snuff when I see the word Copenhagen, abrasive cleanser when I see the word Ajax, and a brown ovoid leather projectile with white stripes when I think of football.   At a stretch I can also conjure up the capital of Denmark and a greek hero king when I hear the words Copenhagen and Ajax, respectively.  But mostly they're tobacco and toilet cleaner.

I can't say I care enough to click on the link to find out what copenhagen and ajax really mean, but the weird juxtaposition of images brought to mind by the title certainly merits comment.
