I vote Democratic unless I have a compelling reason not to... which happens fairly often considering the wretched state of the party. My non-Democratic votes go to silly third parties, though, not the GOP (Packwood is the last Republican I would have voted for).

Senator - Amy Klobuchar (DFL)
U.S. House - Tim Walz (DFL)
Attorney General - Steve Kelley (DFL)
Secretary of State - Mark Ritchie (DFL)
Auditor - Rebecca Otto (DFL)
State Senate (District 23) - Kathy Sheran (DFL)
State House (District 23B) - Kathy Bryneart (DFL)

I usually vote Democratic nowadays, though I have voted Republican in the past, and would most certainly do so in the future if presented with candidates I could support.

If Romney were running for re-election, would you vote for him? I know you really don't like him but it would prevent Democrats from having complete control of the state.

Fence voter, since I always judge candidates individually on many factors. Their party affiliation is right down the bottom of that list. That said, I'm not too keen on one party being in control for too long, so sometimes a candidate's party does have an influence on my vote. But not really a huge one.
Also, I wouldn't really vote third party unless they had a chance of winning, and thus I have never done it so far. I would have voted for Perot in 1992, though.

Hmmm. Interesting question. You know.... I'm really not sure. Even with Palin running, I don't know who to vote for. Maybe there'll be a Libertarian candidate in the race.

Unless I move to Canada, in which case it will be 100% NDP.

Democratic probably 90% of the time. And closer to 100% at the federal level.
