Kean has lied that his spokeswoman or someone working in his campaign headquarters wasnt posting on blogs as a democrat and bashing Menendez and praising Kean. Or he just doesnt know, but the facts prove otherwise.

You cant just denounce and state what you think is fact without at least asking them though. So even if he didnt know, he shouldnt say he knows they didnt.

The question is, will bloggate stem Kean's momentum? I think that this race is soon headed back to Toss-up from Toss-up/tilts Republicans.

The buliding scandal hasn't been shoved to the side by anyone but Menendez himself.  Obviously you must feel Christie's charges will yield absolutley fruitless.  You again are claiming Cristie is a partisan prosecutor
