Facism is generally very militaristic, requiring many factories to be built to support the facist war machine in it's quest for domination. Those factories pump out greenhouse gasses and consume many non-renewable resources. The attainment of those resources may involve strip-mining and other environmentally damaging processes. So the answer is yes, and yes I am being a smart-ass.
