Welcome, all of you to the fair city of New Orleans!  The weather is nice and warm.  I hear those Republicans are snowed in!

*Audience laughs*

New Orleans is one of the two greatest cities in the world.  It is fitting that we're starting our journey here, because the other one is Washington DC and that's where we're gonna end our journey!!!

*Audience cheers*

I've lived in neighboring Mississippi for my entire life.  I represent the 3rd Congressional District in the House of Representatives.  Unlike any of the Republicans, I am a true Southerner!

*Audience cheers*

Now have a chance to choose our leaders for this country [forum].  This is an important decision for all you to make.  This nation [forum] can choose between light and darkness, between hope and despair, between enlighten moderatism and fear-filled conservatism, between prosperity and failure, between Nym90 and Supersoulty.

*Audience chuckles and applauds*

I know this crowd has a broad range of ideologies, from those with far left socialist beliefs to those with slightly-right-of-center borderline conservative beliefs.  And all of that is okay.  And often our party has nominated a candidate who was too far too one side to appease the other.  McGovern, Mondale, and Dukakis come to mind, but there's no reason to even think about them.  Nym90 is far from what they ever were.  Nym90 can appeal to the most ardent socialist and the conservative swing voter at the same time.  Senator Nym90 has served his state of Michigan well for years, and now it is time for him to serve his country.

*Audience cheers*

Nym90 is the man for the job.  He will correct the egreious wrongs of the Bush administration.  He will change the nation for the better.  And now it is time for him to speak on his own specifics.  So without further adieu, here is the next president of the United States, Nym90!

*Crowd applauds wildly!*

*Confetti falls as Nym90 and Harry appear on stage with their spouses. Music plays, Nym90, Harry and spouses wave to the crowd. Crowd goes crazy*
Yes!  I have a spouse!

Anyhow . . .

Rep. Harry returns to the microphone.
"I know there are Senators, Governors, and Representatives who would like to speak.  Well, now is your time.  I invite all of you to say something."

Tongue

Don't worry I wasn't the captain' whilst I'm a good speech WRITER i'm very average at actually speaking Tongue

And it counts Smiley

Also, as has been pointed out, this isn't an election against Bush.

I suggest we run ads on the theme of duty to america.

I also suggest we discuss ads here first (looks at the VP candidate)

<Looks the other way sheepishly>
Sad That ad was taken the wrong way by the wrong people.  It did pull weight with the people I'm attracting; however, it will not be aired again.
