This time it's for not disclosing financial conflicts of interest. According the the NY Times, He holds stock options in companies that he has helped as a Senator. Will this matter on election day?

Allen has got to be a real idiot. He may actually lose. Yesturday I was still saying he would win but now he may have ruined it for himself.

First I have NJ at 90% certainty, and yes I think Santorum win as you think the Dems will take the Senate, both of which have an equal chance of happening
