I say yes, between Tom Kean Jr.'s lack of articulateness and real ideas, and Menendez avoiding corruption and not answering questions, neither one did particulary well.

Worse than that, it was the worst format ever.  The two of them stood next to each other and the whole debate was a shouting match and the moderator never stepped in.

Just how bad did you think it was?
