Herb Kohl: http://www.herbkohl.com/
Robert Gerald Lorge: http://www.law2win.com/ (hilarious design)
Rae Vogeler: http://www.voterae.org/ (I noticed this person mentions Herb Kohl's unmarried status in a seemingly unflattering light)
Ben Glatzel: http://www.glatzelforsenate.com/ (website seems to be down)

They didn't find anybody to run because we were all hoping Tommy Thompson would and he didn't and Lorge was the only one who filed in time.

That makes more sense. Is the WI-GOP even supporting him though? His website looks like it was designed by a 12 year old...based off of it alone I would say he is obviously lacking money.

Wow. Based off Lorge's website alone, I support Kohl.

Does Kohl have a chance at winning Waukesha County and the other parts of Eastern Wisconsin that are usually the most Republican?

One thing I like about Wisconsin is that the rural areas vote Democrat more often and by higher margins than the suburban ones. I know these rural people aren't liberal, they are economic Democrats.

Tommy Thompson declined to run, he would have destroyed Kohl

No, but he'll get more votes there then he normally would.
