Not exactly...GA and NC are competitive, and so are (to a lesser extent) TX and FL. Yes, to your credit, in 2016 VA was the only former Confederate state to go for Clinton, but now GA, TX, and NC are trending blue, and the GOP shouldn't take FL for granted because of what happened in 2020 either.
