If you vote CT, that means that Lieberman caucuses with the Republicans.

I voted none, with NJ the GOP's best chance. Lieberman will win, though I doubt he will caucus with the Republicans.

Lieberman will side more often with the GOP than with the Democratic Party.

None. I don't even think NJ is vulnerable any more. It might still be relatively close though

Ben Nelson already does that, and he's far to the left of Zell Miller 2004. I was asking how he'd caucus.

CT. I really think he will turn his back on us if he wins. Just today (I believe) he said he doesn't know if the Democrats should win the Congress.

Mother of God people, vote Lamont!

None.

I'd be the angriest and most betrayed person on the planet if the Dems pick up 6 seats on election day and Lieberman then switches to the GOP to keep them in the majority. Not that I think there is a snowball's chance in Hades of that happening, but still.

Then why not just support the real Democrat in the race so you don't have to worry about it? Joe is nothing but a pathetic career politician who is desperate to hang on to power. Some of the asinine things he has done and said in order to win reelection put Santorum's little "we have found WMD's in Iraq" stunt to shame.

Because I think overall Lieberman's been a good Senator and the Democrats are better with him than without him. Yes, I disagree with him strongly on Iraq, but I think he's done a lot of good on other issues. I respect the fact that many in my party don't see it that way, but I think folks are losing sight of the big picture and focusing too much on a few issues.

I also don't think there is any real chance of him switching caucuses, but I'm also willing to leave open the possibility that my assessment of him may be all wrong. If that turns out to be true I'll be the first to admit it and to be angry that I was duped.
