This is all MOE movement.

SUSA has had Lucas up 9 (July 24th), then Davis up 2, Lucas up 4, Davis up 3, and now Davis up 2.

Given the national mood, and despite the heavy conservative leanings of the district, I would expect to see Lucas up a few points had his fundraising been better.

But no matter what this is going to be a close race on election day.
