[This decision was issued per curiam by order of the Court]

The Supreme Court dismisses the case for lack of a ripe controversy. Blerpiez does not contest the legitimacy of the vote cast by Justin, and has elected not to pursue litigation. Because of this, the result stands, and the vote will not be nullified.

In case you didn't notice, there's no Constitutional holding because the issue presented was technical. The edited vote issue has not been ruled upon.
