I hear there is a Gallup generic congressional poll and possibly some state polls coming out tonight. Does anyone know when (or if) they are coming out?

Could be any time if they are coming out. I'm struggling to keep track of today's polls

Cool. I know Gallup isn't the best these days but I'm dying to see these anyway.

They still are the best.

The only person who needs to be fired is the one who said "The Republican leads by 2.  We have 3% undecided.  Let's give 2% to the Democratic candidate and 1% to the Green candidate".

Just made no sense to me.  Still doesn't.

We basically have three companies showing a substantial tightening:

Mason Dixon
Washington Post/ABC
PEW

PEW surprised me because they historically a just a tad Democratic Friendly.

On the other hand,

CBS/NYTimes
Time
Newsweek

all show a GOP bloodbath...

We shall see Smiley

You think they are better than M-D?

Amen... that has to be one of the biggest Clusterf&*k calls in Gallup's history...

That being said, their 2004 State level polls just plain were brutal... they basically gor it totally wrong across the board...

Nope.  Their state polls are terrible.  I was only acknowledging their national polls.

Well, which one do you believe?  SUSA seems all over the place, but then again, it usually is.  Rasmussen hasn't polled enough vital races in the last few days for me to be sure.
