CNN has released their VA exit poll, and if you average the results for men and women (each makes up about 50% of the voters, obviously), you get a Webb lead of 3%.  But of course, that's just the exit poll.

With about 19% of precincts reporting, Webb and Allen are in a dead-heat with Webb just short of 50%, and Allen just shy of 49%.
