Lampson is a moderate, Carney will have to vote like one to be re-elected, Ellsworth and Shuler are Blue-Dogs, Donnelly is moderate, Hill is moderate, Altmire is moderate. Casey will be a pro-life vote in the Senate. Add to that the Blue-Dogs and moderates already in the House Caucus, and yes, the Democratic majority is built on 30-40 odd moderate to conservative Democrats from mainly Bush/swing states.
