The latest counts Friday of votes cast in North Carolina on Nov. 7 did not change the outcome in any of the tightest races.

Republican Congressman Robin Hayes is the certified winner in the 8th District. Democratic House Speaker Jim Black held on to his seat in Mecklenburg County. And Wake District Court Judge Donna Stroud unseated Court of Appeals Judge Linda Stephens.
