Nothing says "this is a healthy stable nation" like an election where one candidate wins over 90% in 4 provinces, 79% in another, and the other candidate wins 97% in one province, and over 60% in the other provinces.

Basically Bemba cleaned house in West DRC, Kabila cleaned house in East DRC. Bemba doesn't accept the 58/42 loss either.
