MSNBC Breaking News: Six held in Germany over alleged plot to blow up plane.

They (probably) wanted to blow up the plane, but they aren't held. The authorities screwed it up... somehow. From what I've heard, the police didn't have nearly enough hard evidence aside from some rumours etc. But for reasons no one really understands the police decided not to continue the surveillance and instead let them (and now the public) know that they know.

Well, I guess this has foiled their plan after all, but there will be no arrests. Stupid police.

Ah, I forgot to mention that the plot... if there was a plot (we will never know, thanks to the police)... was in the earliest stage of its planning. You could say in the "What do you guys think about blowing up a airplane someday? - Mhmm, maybe" stage. Well, you know the rest. The police could have continued the surveillance, but they didn't do it.
