Having served with Texasgurl on the Senate for quite a long time I have no qualms with her legal mind, her ability to function as Chief Justice, or her suitability for the position. She is highly skilled and well suited for the position. I therefore support her elevation to the position of Chief Justice.

There isnt a more important opinion on her duties on the court or in the senate when it deals with her legal mind than Senator Wixted's. If he says its a good idea, I would be foolish not to say the same.

I recall a time when I had concerns regarding the temperament of the nominee; however, I don't foresee any problems this time around
