Is he really next in line? God Damn it - why do all of the Dems in line to chair the House Intelligence Committee have to suck so bad?

 I seriously loathe Reyes for taking the side of the drug smuggler who got shot by the two Border Patrol agents in that lawsuit. I can't believe that two U.S. border patrol agents are actually going to jail for doing their jobs, and the illegal alien who tried to smuggle drugs accross the border is getting awarded a settlement. That is seriously f-ed up.
