Nay

I think I've already outlined my positions with regard to this bill and so implicitly this amendment already.

I have not seen any real argument in favour of reducing the post requirement to 15 from 25, and consequently I shall continue to oppose the move.

Nay

What's the difference between 25 and 15? Nothing. Besides busy work what is the point of this bill?

I genuinely don't understand the point of this change. I don't see a problem with the current requirement, nor do I see how this change represents an improvement.
