I am worried enough that I am predicting a Jefferson win, 52-48.

Carter should win, but have there been any polls on this race?

Yeah, we all know that if you got to vote, you'd vote for Jefferson.

Jefferson is the more conservative of the two candidates by far. He voted for the anti-gay marriage amendment and CAFTA. Republicans will break for him heavily, that's one concern.

Carter 54, Jefferson 46 (I hope this is more of a McKinney-Johnson race and not a Landrieu-Nagin one)

I will assume amoral is the same as immoral and simply saying I'm being truthful on this one as bad as it sounds

Thank god for scandalous Republicans! We couldn't have won without them! Grin

My point exactly, hell if I were a Dem I'd be thanking Mark Foley for distracting people from the issues forever

Amoral is subtly different from immoral. An amoral person doesn't care about morals at all whereas an immoral person might care about morals and just has poor ones. Amoral is, to my mind, more insulting.

Oh, yeah, because the issues really favor the Republicans. Stuff like raising the minimum wage is really a loser for the Democrats, with only 86% supporting.

Amoral and immoral are not mean the same thing, Down.  Buy yourself a dictionary.
