• Voted against the federal marriage amendment
• Voted in favor of enhancing and funding stem cell research
• Voted in favor of prohibiting employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation
• Voted against the confirmation of Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court

The bad:

• Voted in favor of ending debate on the confirmation of Samuel Alito
• Voted in favor of the confirmation of John Roberts to the Supreme Court
• Voted in favor of the Unborn Victims of Violence Act

That's right Bacon, Senator Harrison Schmitt, who "distinguished" himself by publicly saying that aliens were responsible for the widespread slaughter of New Mexican domesticated farm animals.
