The final map:

General Everett, you have captured three of your opponents'
capitals while holding your own at the same time, which
means you have successfully completed the objective and won!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Well done, tho you were massively helped by the way Nation and SoS left their own capitals undefended.  The potential of a Mexican end run is part of why I moved the Army of Nuevo Mexico back to Texas.  Congratulations to Everett on conquering the United States.  Thankfully, I managed to liberate most of the Confederate States in time!:P

Josh22 could've probably made a strong effort at gaining the same three capitals on his last go.

Anyway, kudos Everett! Well played. Smiley

Will you be quiet, please. (Next sentence looks as if it might mean "How many whores have you seen?", but I've no idea whether that is at all accurate.) The above is insulting. I'm sorry that my Dutch is bad.

If you want to play in 'RISK Capital II', here's how to apply:

Simply send me a personal message after 6pm EST on Tuesday 16th January (going by the forum clock), containing the following information:

1. Your choice of color for your army.  You won't be guaranteed your first choice, so you'd be best ranking them in order of preference.  The choices are (as always): red, blue, green, yellow, purple and black.

2. How you would want the states to be divided.  There are three choices, and again please list them in order of preference:

    a. Distributed randomly

    b. Players take turns claiming them one by one (which can be done a lot more quickly than it sounds)

    c. Half the states are divided randomly, and the remaining states are divided using Option 2.

3. The values the cards will have when you trade them in.  The options are:

    a. Three infantrymen = 4 bonus reinforcements.  Three cavalry = 6 reinforcements.  Three cannons = 8 reinforcements.  One of each = 10 reinforcements.  This system remains the same throughout the game.

    b. A sliding scale.  The first set of cards (it won't matter what set it actually is) will be worth 4 reinforcements.  The next set of cards to be traded in by any player will be worth 6 reinforcements, and so on at an increasing rate.  Once it gets to 20 reinforcements, the scale resets to 4 reinforcements for the next player.

As the winner of this game, Everett is already guaranteed a place in the next game if she wishes.  For the players who lost this game, you're not banned from playing in the next game, but I won't accept any PMs from you applying to join until after 12pm EST on Wednesday 17th January.  This is just so that people who haven't played yet can get a chance to do so.  And despite what I might have said earlier elsewhere, those who are currently playing in the other games may still apply for this one in the usual way (i.e. as if you're a completely new player).

The order of turns for the next game will be decided by the order in which I receive the PMs, so you'd do well to get it in ASAP after the opening time.

Don't worry if you won't be around at the right time to send me a message.  You can get somebody else to send a PM on your behalf, but that person cannot also apply to join the game themselves, however.

Don't forget, this is open to all forum members.  I know I don't get along with everybody on this forum, but I can promise you that I will be a fair moderator.  Whatever disagreements you might have with me and vice versa, they will be left at the door.  I'll stake all my credibility on this promise.

Last minute (very minor) change of plan

I've chosen to use a different method of deciding the order of turns, instead of going by the order in which I receive your PMs.  I'll say what that new method is once the game begins.

In any case, it'll certainly help you to get in ASAP, lest you be disappointed. Smiley
