Proposition 01: Ilikeverin Governor for Life Proposition

Ilikeverin is hereby declared Governor for life of the Midwest region. He can be removed from power only if he resigns from the position or he is absent for over 10 days without a public announcement of absence before hand. Once he resigns or is removed on the absence clause, he may not resume power in this fashion unless declared otherwise in a proposition in the future. Upon his removal from power, elecitons will resume for the position of Midwest governor. This rule does not apply to the lieutenant governor.

Proposition 02: Midwest Pacific Irridentialist Proposition

1. The Midwest Region hereby declares the states of Idaho, Utah, and New Mexico are held illegally by the government of the Pacific Region, and are the rightful property of the Midwest Region.

2. The Midwest Region calls for a referendum as soon as humanly possible by the voters of those respective states to determine their fate.  If any of those said states have no residents, then referendums shall be held of the surrounding states to determine their fate.  If those referendums fail, then we still say the states are ours, nyah nyah nyah.

Proposition 03: Midwest Mideast Irridentialist Proposition

1. The Midwest Region hereby declares the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri are held illegally by the government of the Mideast Region, and are the rightful property of the Midwest Region.

The Midwest Region calls for a referendum as soon as humanly possible by the voters of those respective states to determine their fate.  If any of those said states have no residents, then referendums shall be held of the surrounding states to determine their fate.  If those referendums fail, then we still say the states are ours, nyah nyah nyah.

Proposition 04: Midwest Southeast Irridentialist Proposition

1. The Midwest Region hereby declares the states of Arkansas and Texas are held illegally by the government of the Southeast Region, and are the rightful property of the Midwest Region.

2. The Midwest Region calls for a referendum as soon as humanly possible by the voters of those respective states to determine their fate.  If any of those said states have no residents, then referendums shall be held of the surrounding states to determine their fate.  If those referendums fail, then we still say the states are ours, nyah nyah nyah.


Proposition 05: Midwest Aggressive Expansion Proposition, Pacific Edition

1. The Midwest Region hereby calls for the annexation of the Pacific Region to the Midwest Region.

2. This annexation will happen upon approval of the Governor of the Pacific Region or a majority vote in a referendum by the citizens of the Pacific Region, whichever comes first.  However, if both should not become a reality, please interpret this proposition as a polite request, with none of the "nyah nyah nyah"ing of other propositions.


Proposition 06: Midwest Aggressive Expansion Proposition, Mideast Edition

1. The Midwest Region hereby calls for the annexation of the Mideast Region to the Midwest Region.

1. The Midwest Region will hereby be referred to in all official documents and such as the Great Democratic People's Midwestern Atlasian Jamahiriya*.
2. All references to "Midwestern Region" or "Midwest" in the Second Midwest Constitution will be changed to "Great Democratic People's Midwestern Atlasian Jamahiriya"


Proposition 08: Governor Renaming Proposition

1. The Governor of the Midwest Region will hereby be referred to in all official documents and such as "By the grace of Dave, Governor of the Great Democratic People's Midwestern Atlasian Jamahiriya, Mayor of Confusion, Shock, and Denial, Alderman of Happiness, Awe, Exhilaration, Curiosity, Elation, Enthusiasm, and Clerk of Optimism".

1. The Midwest Abolishment of the Child Protective Services Proposition is hereby abolished.

1. The Midwest Region hereby authorizes the creation of a new Midwest Constitutional Convention beginning one week after the passage of this proposition.
2. The Constitutional Convention will be authorized with the power to create a new constitution for the people of the Midwest Region, and to negotiate any issues involving said new constitution.
