Actually, an immediate update. The above results are not exit polls, but rather come from CeSID - an independent group doing its own tallying from actual returns. They've finished their (unofficial) count. The Electoral Commission, which will provide the official count, will report later (their counting is independent, but uses the same raw data).

The full CeSID results (which, mainly, differ in that 7 seats are allocated to minority parties, which, apparently, are not subject to the same 5% threshold) are (in the order on the ballot, w/ the head of the list ):

Turnout 60.4% (of which 97.7% are valid ballots - nearly 4 mln. of them)

Democratic Party (Boris Tadic) 22.9% (65 seats)
G17+ (Mladan Dinkic) 6.8% (19 seats)
Liberal Democratic Party (+ a bunch of coalition partners) (Cedomir Jovanovic) 5.3% (15 seats)
Serbian Radical Party (Vojislav Seselj) 28.7% (81 seats)
Democratic Party of Serbia (Vojislav Kostunica) 16.7% (47 seats)
PSS (?) (Bogoljub Karic) 1.8% (no seats
Serbian Renewal (movement?) (Vuk Draskovic) 3.1% (no seats)
Union of Vojvodina Hungarians (Jozef Kasa) 1.3% (3 seats - minority party)
Party of Retirees of Serbia/SDP (J. Krkobabic/N.Covic) 3.2% (no seats)
Sandzak List Coalition (Dr. Sulejman Ugljanin) 0.8% (2 seats - minority party)
Sociallist Party of Serbia (no leader?) 5.9% (16 seats)
Branko Pavlovic list 0.4% (no seats)
Coalition of Vojvodina Parties (Igor Kurjacky) 0.2% (no seats)
Union of Serbia's Roma (Dr. Rajko Duric) 0.4% (1 seat - minority party)
Reform Party (Dr. Aleksandar Visnjic) 0.0% (just over 1500 votes - no seats Smiley )
Democratic Unity of Serbia (Dr. Obren Joksimovic) 0.1% (no seats)
Coalition of Albanians of Presev Valley 0.3% (no seats)
Social Democracy (Nenad Vukasovic) 0.1% (no seats)
Hungarian Speach Coalition (Andras Agoston/Dr. Pal Sandor) 0.3%
Roma Party (Sajn Srdan) 0.5% (1 seat - minority party)

Once again, note 3 seats going to Vojvodina Hungarians, 2 seats going to Sanzak Muslims and 1 seat each going to two different Roma parties.

Slightly updated results (the results above were only based on 90%+ of precincts, apparently).

W/ 99.9% of precincts tallied (there are about a dosen precincts were results were annulled, and in a few of these the election might be re-run this weekend, though it's not clear if they will bother), it seems to be (only listing the parties that won seats, in brackets change from the preliminary results):

Serbian Radical Party 28.58% 81 seats (nil)
Democratic Party 22.72% 64 seats (-1)
Democratic Party of Serbia 16.51% 47 seats (nil)
G17+ 6.83% 19 seats (nil)
Sociallist Party of Serbia 5.64% 16 seats (nil)
Liberal Democratic Party + 5.33% 15 seats (nil)
+++++++++
Minority parties not subject to 5% threshold

Alliance ov Vojvodina Hungarians 1.31% 3 seats (nil)
List for Sandzhak 0.84% 2 seats (nil)
Roma Union of Serbia 0.42% 1 seat (nil)
Presevo Valley Albanian Coalition 0.42% 1 seat (+1)
Roma Party 0.32% 1 seat (nil)

So, it seems the final count in Presevo Valley resulted in Democratic Party loosing a seat to the Albanian Coalition - no other notable changes.

A bunch of maps are now available on my website. Unfortunately, my maps are based on preliminary results only. I will update the maps when I see the final municipality level results.

Can someone summarize what's up with the Kosovo results?
I assume those white municipalities had no votes cast whatsoever... but I'm surprised at the turnout reported elsewhere, including Albanian areas... is that of registered voters, with most Albanian Kosovars having had themselves removed from the voter rolls, or what?

As I understand only Kosovo serbs participated in the election and only them were registered as voters. So even in some colored areas there could be a dozen or a hundred votes or so.
Can someone summarize what's up with the Kosovo results?

Good.

Article's biased, but that's to be expected. Smiley
