Old Score:
E: 4.00, S: -1.57

New Score:
Economic score: -0.06
Social score: -3.74

Quite a shift to the left, but I've been expecting it.  I've become a much more morally based person recently (with my recent attraction to religion and whatnot).  Also, I'm starting to value government programs more.  I'm almost definitely going to register Democrat now, though I still don't think they have the answers for America's problems.

Back to the right ever so slightly:
Economic score: +0.9
Social score: -2.43

Back on the other side of the y-axis:

Economic score: -0.45
Social score: -3.39

And my drift to the left continues:

Economic score: -1.74
Social score: -4.78

I've taken yet another swing to the left?

Economic score: -1.87
Social score: -7.22

Your score pegs you as economically centre-leftist and socially far-leftist.

Economic centre-leftists typically support above average controls on free trade, raising or maintaining the current tax levels, but still support free trade.

Social far-leftists generally believe that the government has no business enforcing morality on most matters, instead favouring a government that intervenes only when absolutely necessary to avoid direct harm. Many social far-leftists also look negatively on the government's past attitudes toward groups they view as persecuted, although some simply oppose government intervention on utilitarianist grounds.

New Location, new score.  The economic score is a tad left for me from normal.

Economic score: +1.92
Social score: +0.70

Slight nudge to the right.  Probably has to do with Deano and fern being around more.

Economic score: +2.19
Social score: +1.04

Moving around in my usual corner of this world.

 Economic score: +3.10
Social score: +1.04

Economic score is a little further left.  No reason why.

Your score pegs you as economically centre-capitalist and socially centre-authoritarian.
-----------------------------------

Centre-capitalists often support free trade and low taxes, but take pragmatic stances on economic issues, supporting what they see as the best balance between encouraging business and maintaining free trade.

Social centre-authoritarians generally have moderate social views, with a slight lean toward government intervention. They may have moderate cultural and religious views, but on the whole believe that the government should assure that society should stay moral.

Despite strong support for health care and education, I am now officially in positive economic territory.

Economic score: +0.77
Social score: -8.17

Slight movement leftwards and downwards. The leftward movement is probably adding "this issue is important to me" to universal healthcare. Opposition to affirmative action is the key to my social score not being at -10.00 (that and only weak opposition to the abortion question).

Economic score: +0.39
Social score: -8.96

Economic score: +0.77
Social score: -8.52

Lots of slightly right-wing answers on economic questions combined with extremely strong support for public education and universal health care still gives a centrist score.

Economic score: +1.42
Social score: -8.52

I think I'm more right-wing at night.

Economic leftists mostly support strict economic controls and programs to assure that the poor are elevated to a higher position in society.

I've been drifting steadily leftward for the last few years, with both my economic and social scores dropping by two-to-three points each since I last took the test.

Just for fun, I took the test where my only three answers were Strongly Agree (issue very important), Neutral, or Strongly Disagree (issue very important).  If I didn't really care too much about the issue or was genuinely conflicted, I chose Neutral.  Otherwise, I moved to the extremes.  My numbers:

Economic score: +2.32

Bored so I did it again (Still an awful test, btw, many of the questions I just didn't have an answer for.)

Economic score: +1.03
Social score: -8.17

It still has down in the right-hand corner. Which I still think is strange. Alot of those questions required more ambiguity such as "Goverment regulations on industry are excessive" - the answer being Agree and Disagree, depends on the regulations and the businesses - in the end I selected Disagree simply with the example of Enron in mind. But there is too much regulation which is designed to unfairly help some businesses (Corporate personhood, anyone?)

Economic score: -4.97

Your score pegs you as economically moderately leftist and socially far-leftist.

Moderate economic leftists generally support regulation of free trade and business to assure that workers are fairly treated and prices remain stable.

Finally, I broke -2 on the matrix.

Actually very suprised, I think it had to do with the fact I checked "this is important to me" more because I thought being against the death penalty would make me swing right social, but I guess it made me go left

That's actually a big change

Since I started this on forum way back when and my score was about +8, +8 I have changed a lot of opinions.  From that point my social score has fallen six and my economic raised 2.  I just hope my social score does not dip any lower.  Thankfully "Strongly Agree" on opposing abortion and gay marriage with the boxes checked will do that.  For the record for later:

Economic: +9.55
Social: +1.91

Economic: +9.55
Social: -0.61

I am starting to scare myself although the fact I now am netural on prostitution, the PATRIOT ACT and violating indiviual rights when it comes to terror could account for this

This is not actually a major change on my outlook on social issues, just being somewhat more reasonable on my answers.

Well the reason I am neutral on prostitution because I do not support all out legalization, I support legalization if it is a controlled business that pays taxes, it's not that I want to tax them as much as I need taxes to pay for all the tax cutting I want, I want my ideals to be realistic.  As far as the PATRIOT Act, I have to remain neutral as I probably would not vote to pass it, but I don't think it should be repealed.  I want the government out of my life, but I still don't want the terrorists in it.

Being a libertarian thinker does not mean agreeing 100% with the party philosophy.  My basic tenet is I want the government to do nothing except keep out foreign intruders, something I personally as one person cannot do.  That sounds pretty libertarian to me
