Social score is stable. Moving back to the right on economics.
Your score is becoming worse nearly every time...social just scares me.
At least my economic score is moving back in the right direction, right? I was once at +5 in my more conservative years, but the financial collapse pushed me to the middle, despite my doubts. Now that the policies of the left have essentially failed at healing the economy, I'm returning to my roots, so to speak.
Well, yes, but your score is still very bad.
For a Republican, I guess it is. It's a double edged sword though. While I favor most of the liberal social policies, I hardly go marching for these groups. I see them as being irrelevant to me, because I'm not gay, will never need an abortion, etc, so I don't particularly care about the governmental policies towards them. It may be a horrible way to be. I'm more passionate about economic issues that do have an effect on my life.
Your score suggests just the opposite.
I tend to care more about the economy at the moment, but now that the recession is nearly over, I'm beginning to switch importance back to social issues.

Your score suggests just the opposite.
I tend to care more about the economy at the moment, but now that the recession is nearly over, I'm beginning to switch importance back to social issues.
Social issues have never been a hot-button issue to me, probably because of the way I was raised. My family is pretty traditional, but we do associate with the gays, and no one fights for pro-lifers or goes on protests. I'll be honest and say I probably could not tell the gay people I know that I don't want to see them be able to get "married," although I'd rather see it called a civil union because marriage represents a religious union more than anything else.
My score is probably so left because, if forced to choose, I'd chose the side that gave more liberty to a person as opposed to the opposite. My main concern is putting a stop to the incessant growth of the government, not whether some woman has an abortion. That's her choice. I couldn't care less.

The Rightward would bubble has burst plunging me into a leftward recession. However at this time the experts expect a strong recovery soon preventing a possible Depression if the numbers slip below 0.

Clearly the solution is to privatize presidential elections.
So, in less than four years, get excited for the 2016 MetLife Financial U Pick The Prez Extravaganza. If you tweet a picture of your completed ballot with the hashtag #ivoted, you could win a trip for two to the inauguration or an iTunes gift card.
