It seems that you just love complaining about your politicians more than anything else. It's fine to do this but you need to see it for what it is instead of "stumbling" upon it all the time.

He doesn't appear that far to the right. Of course I have problems with him, but he's a good guy.

Rudd was certainly a step up from Howard. I actually deeply admire Mr. Rudd and am very glad he was elected.
