For the first and second options if there is any possibility that you could/would do it vote for one of the first two, otherwise the third or write in. If there is zero chance you would register as a Dem don't chose the first option of course, unless you won't be 18 in Nov 2008 in which case vote how you think you would vote and same for foreigners.

For me: no way, no how.

I´m undecided on this woman. I wouldn´t vote for her in the primaries, mainly because of her war support, but with grinding teeth in the General Election, if her opponent is a rightwinger like Tancredo or Brownback. If she´s up against Giuliani I wouldn´t go to the polls at all or vote 3rd party. But as a European my thoughts don´t matter anyway.

Well, I would say that you are entitled to your opinions and your right to speak regardless what country you are a citizen of.

Well, it seems pretty clear that this woman tailors her comments to what she thinks people want to hear. That is not the behaviour of a true leader or statesman (in her case stateswoman), but rather of a cynical politician.
Perhaps she has core principles, and perhaps she will even act upon them; but I think she is more apt to be disingenous and pramatic rather than open and honest and bold.

Have I misjudged her?

Plus I don't think she has the same charm as her husband.
Even with her husband's charm, he has all that baggage about the Monica stuff and she only stands to re-ignite people's passions.
What possible reason could people see as a reason to support her?
Is she even more 'electable' (as if that were all that important) than the others? I find that hard to believe. Obama seems way more electable (as long as he has the courage to say what he really thinks and not get sucked into all the Machiavellianism so popular nowadays).

Certainly not in the primary, possibly in the general.  Since NY likely won't be competitive I'll write-in somebody nice.  If for some reason it is (such as vs. Giuliani, not that he'd beat her in NY anyway) I'd vote for Clinton.

Only in the general election if her opponent were Rudy Guiliani or Mitt Romney.

If her opponent were John McCain or Sam Brownback, I would hold my nose and vote the Republican and then go outside and throw up and confess my sins (okay maybe not that drastic, but you get the drift).

If another Democrat wins the primaries, such as Obama or Edwards or Richardson, I would vote for them without question.

I would vote for her if the Republican candidate was either Tommy boy or Brownback and the third parties all jointly nominated Adolf Hitler.

Why are you such a dumb Yates? I mean supporting Hillary Clinton how can anyone do that? Not even our most partisan Democrats are all that excited about her.

Well said.  Your opinions  "don't matter" in the sense that you don't get a vote.  However, every nation including my own, should weigh and respect the opinions of our neighbors around the world.  This is not to say the U.S. or any nation should base policy decisions exclusively or even mainly on foreign opinion.  But it should be a factor taken into consideration.

Only as a tactical vote, not one of conviction.  (that is if the election came down to a choice between the lesser of two evils, and the Republican was a right winger or neocon).

At this point, I'm strongly leaning toward Richardson in the primaries.

No way no how unless she faces Tancredo or Brownback.

And if she were to face Romney?

Doesn't matter. She'll end up winning 85-90% of the Democratic vote and take Illinois by ten points. She'll probably get crushed among indepedents, but hey, if the Dems want to nominate her, go ahead. I wish they'd realize that Bill and Hillary Clinton aren't the same person, however.
