As of January 27, 2007, which Senators have announced they will retire, or most likely will retire in 2008?

The only ones I can think of are Wayne Allard (R-Colorado) and possibly John Warner (R-Virginia).  Who else comes to mind?  Remember, also there are 21 Republican seats and 12 Democratic seats that are up for re-election.
