That's the website of the creator 80soft. They also have Prime Minister Forever Canada, Prime Minister Forever UK (which includes their older version of PM4E Canada and PM4E Australia), and Chancellor Forever if you are interested in other country's elections. They are alot like President Forever except you run for PM/Chancellor of the respective country.

I don't think they sell it anymore.  PF+P has basically obsoleted it.
